We are looking for a Truck Product Development Specialist dedicated to developing cutting‑edge products for the NAFTA market , one of the most demanding and high‑performance-oriented commercial tire segments.
As a Truck Product Development Specialist, you will be part of an international R&D environment, contributing to the definition, design, validation, and continuous improvement of products specifically tailored for NAFTA applications.
Market Analysis & Benchmarking
~ Conduct in-depth analysis of NAFTA market applications, technical requirements, performance expectations, and competitor products.
Design tread patterns, tread profiles, and sidewall geometries using CAD tools (AutoCAD, CREO preferred).
Technical Specification Development
Follow industrialization phases in Prometeon’s manufacturing plants.
Plan, monitor, and analyze internal and external testing sessions.
Use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools to model, optimize, and validate structural and performance characteristics.
Monitor product KPIs in real NAFTA field conditions and contribute to continuous improvement plans.
Work closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, industrialization, quality, and marketing.
Availability for travel to North America (typically 1–2 weeks per mission).
Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Materials Engineering , or related fields.
Proficiency in AutoCAD ; Strong command of the English language .
Excellent capability to analyze complex technical data.
