Addetto alle Spedizioni Import Per la nostra Sede di Segrate(Mi) stiamo cercando un Addetto alle Spedizioni Import. Il candidato selezionato verrà inserito nel team che si occupa delle spedizioni Import mare e aereo e risponderà al Project Manager. Orario di lavoro: full time CCNL: Logistica, trasporto merci e spedizione Inquadramento: commisurato all'esperienza e concordato in fase di colloquio. Il Ruolo prevede lo svolgimento delle seguenti mansioni: Verifica dei profili client in anagrafica; Gestione delle richieste di quotazioni da parte dei clienti; Apertura Booking; Gestione delle procedure operative e documentali relative alle spedizioni import gestione della documentazione e delle pratiche doganali; organizzazione delle spedizioni e gestione operativa della pratica; Monitoraggio tempistiche consegne/arrivo merce; risoluzione di eventuali problematiche legate alle spedizioni. Competenze richieste: Esperienza di 2-3 anni nel medesimo ruolo; Conoscenza delle procedure doganali e assicurative. Pensiero analitico; Problem Solving, flessibilità, autonomia; Propensione al miglioramento continuo; Comunicazione, mediazione, negoziazione, pianificazione; Resilienza allostress; Organizzazione e gestione della complessità; Conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese (almeno livello intermediate); Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office.
