The Finance & Accounting team at Grafton, a global brand specialising in Professional Recruitment, is recruiting on behalf of our client Amal Embroideries , an Indian multinational company operating exclusively with European luxury groups, for the following role:   We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations in compliance with Italian accounting standards (OIC) and applicable IFRS requirements. The candidate will assist in bookkeeping, tax compliance, reconciliations, invoicing, and preparation of financial reports.   Maintain general accounting records and journal entries Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Manage vendor invoices and customer billing Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations Assist in preparation of financial statements as per Italian GAAP (OIC) / IFRS standards Maintain fixed asset register and inventory records Prepare accounting documentation for audits and statutory compliance Support payroll accounting entries and expense tracking Ensure compliance with Italian accounting and fiscal regulations   Secondary school diploma in accounting (or equivalent) ~ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics is preferred ~1–3 years of accounting experience preferred ~ Knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and basic IFRS understanding ~ Fluency in English – Speaking, Reading & Writing ~ Familiarity with VAT, invoicing, and Italian tax procedures ~ Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting ERP systems  ~ Good communication skills in English; Italian language knowledge preferred   no performance bonus remote working opportunities (up to 1-2 days per week)   Grafton is the global Professional Recruitment brand of Gi Group Holding, the first Italian multinational in the employment sector and one of the leading companies providing HR services and consulting worldwide.
