Il/La candidato/a sarà inserito/a nella Divisione di Mercato Transportation e opererà presso un importante cliente multinazionale del settore automotive. All'interno del dipartimento Customer Service, la risorsa sarà coinvolta nel coordinamento di iniziative legate alle Service Operation e al Business Development, contribuendo allo sviluppo di nuovi modelli di servizio post-vendita. definire business case, KPI e obiettivi di performance; interfacciarsi con i dipartimenti Business, Commerciale e Quality, gestendo meeting e comunicazioni con interlocutori internazionali di diversi livelli; PROFILO Laurea in discipline economico-gestionali; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno livello C1, scritta e parlata). COMPETENZE TECNICHE Dimestichezza con tematiche di Service Operation (modelli di servizio e assistenza clienti) e Business Development; Esperienza nell'analisi di trend di mercato e benchmark, e nella definizione di KPI in ambito Customer Service / post-vendita; Buona capacità di analisi dati tramite Excel; Conoscenza delle principali metodologie di Project Management; Costituisce un plus l'esperienza in contesto automotive. INFORMAZIONI AGGIUNTIVE Modalità di lavoro ibrida, con presenza richiesta dal Cliente per 2-3 giorni a settimana.
