Our client, a leading B2B manufacturing company, is currently looking for a:
Production Planner
The resource will be responsible for translating demand into an actionable production plan that balances production flow, efficiency, cost, and quality—ensuring that products are produced on time.
Develop daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on demand, capacity
Optimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment to consistently meet production targets
Ensure raw materials and components are available for production
Balance workload across machines and shifts; Monitor WIP and finished goods inventory levels to prevent over/understock
Analyze production data and KPIs
Adjust plans in response to changes in demand, supply delays, or breakdowns
Relevant professional experience in similar roles within the Manufacturing sector, ideally from mass production contexts
Knowledge of ERP/MRP Systems, Production Scheduling Tools and MS Office
Italian and English Fluent
