Satellite Office has stood for sophisticated workspaces in Europe’s most prestigious locations for over 28 years.
With the opening of our Cordusio location in the heart of Milan , we are entering the Italian market for the first time.


For this important milestone, we are looking for dedicated talents who are ready to shape premium service and exceptional work environments with us.

Handling incoming calls with professionalism, accuracy and warmth, including call routing and detailed call notes
Performing general administrative and secretarial duties, as well as providing comprehensive executive support when required
Coordinating and booking premium meeting spaces for clients and guests
Ensuring continuous office readiness and maintaining the impeccable appearance of the center during daily operations
Monitoring, maintaining and ordering inventory in line with luxury service standards
Maintaining accurate data records and preparing reports in accordance with internal quality requirements

Successfully completed vocational training in hospitality, event management or office administration
Excellent Italian language skills (C1/C2) and strong English proficiency (B2 or higher); basic German skills are an advantage
Confident user of IT systems, particularly Outlook, MS Office and Excel
A polished, open-minded and welcoming presence, aligned with a business-casual luxury environment
