SHIP REPAIR MANAGER
Ship Repair & Refit
End-to-End Project Ownership We are supporting a marine repair and refit environment in the search for an experienced Ship Repair / Refit Manager to lead end-to-end refit projects across drydock and afloat operations.
This role is suited to hands-on managers with strong technical grounding and proven experience delivering complex refit projects from planning through execution to final delivery .
Proven end-to-end refit project management experience
Strong background in ship repair and refit operations
Degree in Naval Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification)
Fluent Italian required (English a strong advantage)
Confident coordinating shipyard teams, subcontractors, class, and clients
Manage drydock and afloat refit projects
Coordinate technical scopes across hull, steel, piping, mechanical & electrical
Control schedule, cost, quality, and safety
A strong opportunity for an experienced Ship Repair Manager looking to take ownership of technically demanding marine projects in Italy.
