Coccinelle is looking for a TikTok Specialist to join our Communication Department. We believe in people, their stories and the unique contribution each one can offer. The Digital TIK TOK Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing the brand’s TikTok strategy. This role combines creativity, cultural awareness, and data-driven thinking to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth, in line with the company’s positioning and values.

Develop and execute the brand’s TikTok content strategy in line with overall digital and social media goals
Create, plan, and publish engaging TikTok content (videos, trends, formats, storytelling) with a strong fashion and lifestyle focus
Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, creators, and platform updates, translating them into brand-relevant content opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity
Manage the TikTok content calendar and ensure timely publishing
Ensure brand safety, tone of voice, and visual consistency across all TikTok content
Manage social media DM requests from customers and followers
Support the management of the other brand related social media platforms

2–4 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, with a strong focus on TikTok
~ Proven experience managing TikTok accounts for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
~ Proven experience managing META, GOOGLE, PINTEREST and multiple social media platforms
~ Excellent creative and storytelling skills, with an eye for fashion aesthetics
~ Ability to analyse data and translate insights into content optimization
~ Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms
~ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
~ Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
~ Personal qualities

Proactive, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
