Are you an experienced marketing professional with a passion for driving strategic growth in the healthcare industry? Bracco Imaging is seeking an EMEA Radiology Marketing Senior Manager to lead the deployment of our Radiology Portfolio strategy across the EMEA region. This role plays a critical part in translating global platform guidelines into actionable regional and country-level strategies, ensuring strong commercial execution and business success.

Reporting to the Global Head of Radiology Platform and acting as a key partner to the EMEA Head of Sales , you will drive marketing and commercial initiatives, optimize regional go-to-market strategies, and support teams in achieving business objectives.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a self-starter mindset, strong leadership skills, and a track record of delivering impactful marketing strategies in the healthcare or MedTech sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the mid- and long-term strategy for positioning the Radiology portfolio at the EMEA level, in alignment with global platform objectives.
  • Partner with the EMEA Head of Sales to prioritize and implement strategic initiatives that drive platform growth.
  • Serve as the link between Global Product Marketing and regional teams , ensuring alignment and tailoring strategies to regional needs.
  • Oversee the development of core messaging, marketing assets, and campaigns for deployment across EMEA geographies.
  • Lead market intelligence efforts, analyzing industry trends, competitive dynamics, pricing strategies, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.
  • Guide resource allocation and strategic planning efforts across the region.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and identify how Radiology solutions meet those needs.
  • Define and execute a comprehensive marketing plan , ensuring alignment with sales objectives and customer needs.
  • Ensure cross-country consistency in strategic marketing and promotional activities while leveraging best practices.
  • Continuously assess regional performance metrics (KPIs) and implement improvement plans to optimize commercial execution.
  • Foster strong collaboration with country managers, local marketing teams, and cross-functional leaders at the global and regional levels.

Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven marketing leadership experience (12+ years preferably) in the healthcare, MedTech, or pharmaceutical industry at both country and regional levels.
  • Strong go-to-market expertise and a track record of delivering commercial success.
  • Skilled in capturing and understanding market dynamics and customer needs , and translating them into meaningful insights (experience in the radiology/imaging space is a plus)
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build relationships in a matrix organization , working across geographies and business units.
  • A resilient and adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Experience in diagnostic imaging software (PACS, workflow solutions, AI-powered tools) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40% within the EMEA region.
