Ideal profile will be a Mechanical Engineer who will join Comas to design and develop machines and complete production lines, applying mechanical engineering principles as well as thermodynamics and heat transfer knowledge for the design and sizing of thermal and process systems.
Design and develop cost‑effective changes of machine parts according to customer requirements
Perform engineering calculations to support the sizing and design of mechanical and thermal systems, including heat exchangers, air handling systems and other process equipment.
Apply thermodynamic and heat transfer principles to optimize machine performance, energy efficiency and process reliability.
Interact with Assembly dept. during the execution of the projects
Senior Mechanical Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in mechanical design and thermodynamic engineering, including the design and sizing of thermal systems and process equipment.
Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent fields
Good knowledge of CAD tools (e.g. Inventor, AutoCAD)
Strong focus on innovation and curiosity for innovative solutions
Available to travel upon request
Fluent in English
Compensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 49.600, in line with experience. A range of additional benefits (e.g., is also available in accordance with Company policy. The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
