As we continue our expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to establish and grow our presence in Italy.

The Sales and Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in strengthening euShipments’ market position by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. This individual will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts, and managing key client relationships to ensure long-term success.

Market Expansion & Brand Positioning: Establish euShipments as a trusted logistics partner within the Italian e-commerce ecosystem, engaging with key industry players, associations, and service providers.
Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with e-commerce businesses engaged in or planning cross-border sales within the EU.
Sales & Contract Negotiations: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, including pricing discussions and contractual agreements.
Client Onboarding & Account Management: Collaborate with the central sales and customer support teams in the group headquarters to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients. Operational Support & Market Expansion: Assist in the planning and execution of new operational initiatives, such as cross-docking locations and linehaul transport solutions connecting Italy with our logistics hubs in Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, and Poland.

Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Italy, including major players, marketplaces, digital agencies, IT companies, and industry events.
Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, particularly in logistics, e-commerce, or related fields.
Fluent English: Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.
Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and contribute to the strategic growth of the business.
