Testing Technician

In order to expand the Industrialization Service, we are looking for an Industrialization Bulk Technician to join Industrialization Bulk Departement.
This team has the objective to implement scale-up and technology transfer methodologies from laboratory/pilot to industrial level for each formulation, ensuring a product in line with Chromavis quality standards.

In particular, you will:

-study the feasibility of projects (process and formulation) by supporting Industrialization Bulk Manager for the pre-assessment phase.

-identify and evaluate the risky process and technical difficulties linked to different technologies, by acting preventive/corrective actions to minimize the risk.

-perform chemical-physical analysis and propose corrective actions, if needed.

-redact production/trials report and working technique (specific for each tested equipment)

-follow the first productions of new/critical products/colour

-provide technical support to Production Department for solving the complex issues.

-realize laboratory trials

-support the Industrialization Bulk Manager for the qualification of tools/equipment.

-support a cross-functional team for solving quality issues : non-compliance analysis,
identification of possible solutions (ex. modification of proces/working technique and validation of corrective action).


SKILLS REQUIRED

Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or equivalent education, in case of lower education a long working experience in a similar job will be required.
Good knowledge of cosmetic products (preferred)
Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes/equipment and control method.
Good written and spoken English, an additional language will be a plus
