AKU Italia Srl, azienda italiana specializzata nella progettazione e produzione di calzature outdoor e professional , ricerca per la propria sede di Montebelluna (TV) un/una Product Developer – Calzatura Outdoor & Professional .
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’area Sviluppo Prodotto e si occuperà dello sviluppo tecnico della calzatura, dalla fase di tech pack fino al freezing del prodotto e al lancio in produzione, garantendo qualità, fattibilità industriale, rispetto delle tempistiche e del target di costo.
Il ruolo ha un forte contenuto tecnico-operativo e prevede responsabilità diretta sullo sviluppo prodotto.

sviluppo tecnico del prodotto per il Made in Europe e il Made in Asia
gestione di prototipi, campioni, stampi e test di calzata
trasferimento dei tech pack e supporto tecnico ai fornitori esteri
messa a punto tecnica dei prodotti e supporto alla produzione
gestione delle schede tecniche e delle informazioni di collezione
Diploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria, Design, Calzatura o percorsi affini
Esperienza minima di 4 anni nello sviluppo prodotto di calzature outdoor e/o professional
Conoscenza dei processi produttivi, dei materiali e delle costruzioni della calzatura
Esperienza nella gestione di prototipi e test di prodotto
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Disponibilità a trasferte in Italia e all’estero, incluse trasferte in Asia

È considerata un plus la pratica di attività outdoor (trekking, arrampicata, mountain bike o discipline affini).
