Adecco cerca per proprio cliente specializzato nel settore pagamenti digitali un Chief Operating Officer (COO). In stretta collaborazione con il CEO e il leadership team, il COO traduce la strategia in piani operativi concreti, assicurando l’allineamento tra persone, processi e sistemi. Responsabilità Principali: Supervisionare le operazioni aziendali quotidiane, assicurando efficienza, qualità dei processi e rispetto degli standard aziendali. Definire e implementare strategie operative a supporto degli obiettivi di crescita e sostenibilità dell’organizzazione. Coordinare e supportare i responsabili di funzione (es. Operations, Tecnologia, Finanza, Risk/Compliance, Prodotto). Ottimizzare processi, flussi di lavoro e modelli organizzativi, favorendo il miglioramento continuo. Gestire i budget operativi e contribuire al controllo dei costi. Supportare il CEO nella pianificazione strategica, nella gestione di progetti chiave e nelle relazioni con stakeholder interni ed esterni. Competenze e Requisiti Esperienza significativa in ruoli di responsabilità operativa o manageriale (8–10+ anni). Solida comprensione dei processi aziendali e dei modelli organizzativi. Provenienza da aziende tech o fintech. Si offre: ottima possibilità di crescita RAL commisurata all'esperienza
