🚀 AI Engineer Location: Bastiglia, Emilia-Romagna (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Tinental is a technology company applying Artificial Intelligence to real industrial data. We tackle real-world challenges in energy efficiency, plant reliability, automation, and decision support, taking AI models and systems all the way from research into production. Our work happens in complex, high-stakes environments: noisy data, strict industrial constraints, and demanding requirements for robustness, reliability, and measurable impact. We are expanding our R&D team and are looking for an AI Engineer to join us. The role is open to Junior, Mid-level, or Senior candidates. Seniority and responsibilities will be determined based on your experience and skills. What You’ll Work On (Project Examples): Your projects will match your experience and interests. Tinental Agents A growing ecosystem of AI agents powering automation and orchestration inside our Caleno platform (LLMs, RAG, tool usage, complex workflows) Computer Vision & Industrial ML Training, evaluating, and validating ML/CV models in real industrial environments, with all the constraints that come with production systems MLOps & Production AI End-to-end pipelines, observability, continuous iteration, and scaling on HPC/GPU infrastructure What You’ll Do: You’ll collaborate closely with a highly technical team to deliver robust, maintainable, and measurable AI solutions that actually run in production.
