For our own projects, we are looking for a MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION ENGINEERING ESTIMATION COORDINATOR MISSION: The selected candidate will work simultaneously on multiple projects, balancing 50 percent remote work and 50 percent work at the office in Milan. TASKS: ▪ Lead all bidding initiatives within the Maintenance & Inspection Engineering (MIE) Department, coordinating resources and multiple operating centers during both FEED and EPC estimation phases. ▪ Support the MIE Department by reviewing project technical documentation, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and accuracy in bid estimation. ▪ Define and implement the optimal execution strategy aligned with MIE Department requirements and organizational standards. ▪ Prepare the maintenance engineering execution plan to support accurate cost estimation. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: ▪ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline ▪ Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, inspection engineering, or cost estimation within FEED/EPC projects ▪ Proven experience in bidding, estimation, and preparation of Maintenance Engineering Execution Plans ▪ Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, asset integrity, spare parts philosophy, and reliability concepts ▪ Proficiency in English and Italian is a must OTHER DETAILS: Location: Remote Working + Milan, Italy (Rogoredo – Spark 1) Working Hours: 8 hours / 5 days Contract Duration: 12 months (extendable) Availability: ASAP Profile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit and potential.
