Il dipendente in accordo con le linee guida della casa madre contribuisce alla promozione e allo sviluppo di soluzioni cliniche e progetti con clienti di riferimento in affiancamento alla forza vendita. Contribuisce alle scelte strategiche e operative di business attraverso il supporto nella definizione del piano di Marketing per linea di prodotto e partecipazione ad eventi Nazionali e Internazionali.

Acquisisce competenza tecnica, autonomia e credibilità professionale relativamente ai prodotti Pentax Medical e al mercato dell’endoscopia flessibile attraverso corsi di formazione, eventi scientifici, affiancamento sul territorio
Fornisce supporto tecnico alla forza vendite mediante l’affiancamento sul territorio per lo sviluppo di progetti legati alle diverse linee di prodotto
Contribuisce allo sviluppo del network di Key Opinion Leaders
Effettua corsi di formazione di prodotto, in collaborazione con Product Specialist e Product Manager EMEA e fornisce supporto alla forza vendite per l’utilizzo dei Tools di Marketing e Formativi
Redige elaborati tecnici per la partecipazione a gare d’appalto, garantendo accuratezza e conformità alle specifiche richieste.
Gestisce la documentazione tecnico/commerciale relativa al prodotto: creazione schede tecniche, supporto processo di registrazione nuovi prodotti, monitoraggio gestione anagrafica prodotti, listini di vendita, PIM (product information management).
Organizza e partecipa a Convegni, Congressi e Corsi per la Classe Medica.
Contribuisce alla gestione del Budget di Marketing approvato: pianificazione spese e monitoraggio investimenti stabiliti.
Supporto alla Direzione commerciale nella costruzione del forecast vendite per linea di prodotto.
Redazione, mantenimento ed aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica in riferimento alle regolamentazioni del settore
Compilazione documentazione necessaria per la registrazione dei prodotti sul database del Ministero della Salute (nuovo regolamento MDR) e monitoraggio dati di registrazione dei dispositivi medici

Almeno 2 anni di esperienza commerciale/marketing nel settore medicale
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello C1 preferenziale)
Flessibilità e disponibilità a viaggiare per il 60% dell’attività lavorativa
Laurea in materie tecniche/scientifiche

Retribuzione in funzione dell’esperienza più bonus annuale sfidante
Possibilità di lavorare da casa due giorni alla settimana
