Freelance SAP CO Consultant - Fully Remote (Italian and English Speaking) We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant to join an international project on a fully remote basis . This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team on a long-term engagement, starting as soon as possible . Contract Details Contract type: Freelance / Contractor Start date: ASAP Duration: Initial 6 months , with strong potential for extensions Location: Fully remote Language requirements: Italian (fluent) and English (professional working level) Role Overview The SAP CO Consultant will play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Controlling processes within SAP. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP CO solutions Configure and customize SAP CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Product Costing Support month-end and year-end closing activities Provide expert advice on controlling processes and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FI, MM, and SD consultants Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Prepare functional documentation and provide knowledge transfer where required Support testing activities and ensure smooth deployment of changes Required Skills and Experience Proven experience as an SAP CO Consultant on multiple SAP projects Strong hands-on configuration experience within SAP CO Solid understanding of financial and controlling processes Experience working in international and remote project environments Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English Nice to Have SAP S/4HANA experience Integration knowledge with SAP FI Experience in agile or hybrid project environments Why Apply Fully remote working model Long-term project with extension opportunities Competitive freelance rates Opportunity to work on challenging and high-impact SAP initiatives If you are an experienced SAP CO Consultant available to start immediately and looking for a fully remote freelance opportunity, apply here or send your CV to ilona@senovo-it.com.
