Quality Assurance Specialist

Registrazione e individuazione delle cause delle non conformità, monitoraggio e chiusura delle attività di follow-up per le azioni correttive (CAPA);
Redazione e aggiornamento delle SOP, in conformità alle norme ISO di riferimento;
Predisposizione del piano annuale di audits interni;
Esecuzione degli audit interni in conformità al piano approvato;
Redazione dei report, gestione del follow-up e chiusura delle azioni correttive;
Definizione dei programmi annuali di training e onboarding per le nuove risorse;
Formazione periodica del personale sulle norme di Buona Fabbricazione, norme igieniche HACCP e Food Safety;
Supporto alle funzioni coinvolte nell’approvazione dei fornitori di materie prime e materiali di confezionamento tramite valutazione documentale (questionari, CoA);
Verifica della corretta applicazione delle normative igienico-sanitarie vigenti da parte del personale aziendale;
Gestione dell’archivio della documentazione di registrazione;
Riesame della Direzione: supporto alla redazione attraverso la raccolta e l’analisi dei dati di performance (trend di non conformità, reclami, ecc.).

Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nell’ambito assicurazione di qualità di aziende operanti nell’ambito integratori alimentari e nutraceutici, Farmaceutico o Medical Device;
Conoscenza delle Normative vigenti del settore degli integratori alimentari;
Conoscenza dei principi di Risk Management;
Buona Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
