MBDA Italia è alla ricerca di un Cost Engineering Manager da inserire nella struttura internazionale della Cost Engineering dell’area Weapon systems, riportando al Group Head of Weapon Systems and Integration to Platforms Cost EstimatingLa risorsa avrà il ruolo di coordinamento dei Cost Experts dei sistemi di Land Protection e responsabile di attività di Cost Estimating Land Protection a livello Gruppo e integrazione su piattaforme aeree nazionali.La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile di fornire una stima dei costi consolidata per tutti i costi relativi al Concept/Assessment/Sviluppo/Supporto dei Sistemi di difesa del Gruppo Land Protection, e costi associati all'Integrazione sulle Piattaforme Aeree Italiane.Per il raggiungimento di tali obiettivi, la risorsa coordinerà un team di esperti tecnici nei diversi domini tecnici, in Italia e nelle altre National Company di MBDA Gruppo, costruendo e gestendo un elenco concordato di requisiti critici/esigenze di prestazione, che guidano il NRC e il RC per queste aree di competenza. La risorsa agirà da interfaccia tra i team di progetto e la funzione Cost Eng, con la responsabilità di coordinare tutte le attività di stima dei costi richieste durante tutto il ciclo di vita del prodotto.Nello specifico, la risorsa sarà incaricata delle seguenti attività:
  • Contribuire alla definizione delle Cost Base per le Offerte
  • Rivedere e monitorare le Cost Base durante tutto il ciclo di vita del prodotto per rafforzare il processo EAC (Cost To Go estimate)
  • Definizione dei cost drivers dei Sistemi e dei Sotto-sistemi e contribuzione allo sviluppo dei modelli di costo
  • Guidare l'implementazione dell'approccio Design to Cost sia nella preparazione dell'offerta che nell'intero ciclo di vita del progetto.
REQUISITI: - Laurea in ingegneria Gestionale, Elettronica o Meccanica/Aeronautica,- Eventuale esperienza in aree di produzione e di ingegneria con focus nella gestione e nella valutazione dei costi ricorrenti e non ricorrenti, contribuendo alla raccolta, analisi e valutazione delle informazioni.Competenza in ambito preventivazione, controllo costi e Project Management- Costituisce requisito preferenziale la competenza e l’esperienza maturata nei processi e di Design to Costs.- Buon livello di inglese, sia scritto che parlato.È richiesto:
