Per società leader nella produzione di macchine a rulli e macchine per la laminazione e il rivestimento, ricerchiamo una figura di Responsabile Ufficio Tecnico. Principali responsabilità: ·         Coordinare le risorse all’interno del reparto tecnico. ·         Collaborare con il reparto commerciale per definire il macchinario più adatto alle esigenze del cliente. ·         Studio e progettazione della soluzione migliore per il cliente. ·         Collaborare con il reparto Pianificazione e Produzione in fase di comunicazione commessa. assemblaggio, collaudo e service post vendita delle macchine. ·         Design to cost e lo streamlining del magazzino. ·         Collaborare con ufficio acquisti, comunicando le componenti da acquistare, andando poi ad implementare un sistema di valutazione dei fornitori. ·         Gestire le operazioni di archiviazione e revisioni dei disegni. ·        Fungere da riferimento per i clienti. ·        Fungere da collegamento fra la figura Commerciale e l’Operation Manager. Principali caratteristiche richieste: ·         Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica ·         Conoscenza Inglese: fluente ·         Conoscenza approfondita di Solidworks ·         Conoscenza PLC Siemens e Alan Bradley ·         Esperienza nella gestione di risorse (conoscenza dei metodi servant leadership, situational leadership ecc.) ·         Conoscenza Project Management (Gantt Chart, Work Breakdown Structure, Critical Path) ·         Conoscenza base di un conto economico
