Manpower Engineering, in ottica di potenziamento dell’organico presso le sedi dislocate a livello nazionale dei propri prestigiosi clienti operanti in ambito Industry 4.0 / Manufacturing, ricerca e seleziona: DESIGN &, DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER L’AZIENDA Azienda operante nel settore elettronico ATTIVITA’ La risorsa, in affiancamento al responsabile di funzione, si occuper delle seguenti attivit : Creare la progettazione di prodotti e sistemi in linea con le richieste del cliente e le specifiche tecniche del progetto Gestire il ciclo di vita del prodotto secondo i sistemi ERP/PLM/PDM, gli standard interni, le procedure e le linee guida di ingegneria Progettare e sviluppare parti, componenti e assiemi utilizzando software CAD, CAM e di simulazione per soddisfare i requisiti tecnici del prodotto Creare modelli 3D, disegni 2D, diagrammi P&, I ed elenchi di parti (BOM) per campioni funzionali, campioni prototipi e campioni di produzione in serie Definire, aggiornare e garantire la fattibilit delle parti con i fornitori e l'ingegneria di produzione Eseguire lo studio delle tolleranze garantendo il corretto assemblaggio delle parti Responsabile dei processi di gestione delle modifiche di progettazione e di approvazione del progetto Gestire le attivit di progettazione e sviluppo in base alla pianificazione del progetto (tempistiche e costi) , Eseguire simulazioni FEA (meccaniche, termiche, modali, fluidodinamiche, ecc.) e report per garantire che il prodotto sia sviluppato secondo i requisiti tecnici Supervisionare lo sviluppo, la prototipazione e la validazione di campioni funzionali, campioni prototipo e campioni di produzione in serie, implementando azioni di miglioramento Partecipare e contribuire alle revisioni tecniche di requisiti, specifiche, progettazione, D-FMEA e analisi dei rischi tecnici, applicando i risultati alla progettazione del prodotto, Creare documentazione tecnica e reports ??????? vetrinabakeca
