Eli Lilly Italia è alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in qualità di Manufacturing Supervisor in uno dei suoi reparti produttivi (Packaging, Formulation, Filling, Visual Inspection) presenti nello stabilimento di Sesto Fiorentino (FI). La risorsa riporterà direttamente all'Operations Manager dell'area di riferimento e sarà responsabile della gestione di un team di operatori chimico-farmaceutici sulle linee di produzione, collaborando quotidianamente con il Team cross-funzionale di reparto.
Nello specifico, la risorsa avrà la responsabilità di:
Coordinare le attività produttive all'interno del team assegnatoGarantire l'esecuzione dei piani di produzione reagendo prontamente ai possibili inconvenientiControllare, verificare e sottoscrivere le operazioni di processo riportate sui fogli di lavoroAssicurare il rispetto delle norme di comportamento in aree GMP, le procedure di vestizione, la data integrity e le procedure operative di processo che regolano la manifattura farmaceuticaPartecipare all'elaborazione dei piani di produzioneGarantire il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza (es. il corretto uso di DPI) e di protezione ambientaleEseguire, su richiesta, investigazioni su deviazioni e scrivere i relativi rapportiGuidare i processi di miglioramento del processo produttivoGestire l'attività di training dei collaboratoriCollaborare proattivamente e costantemente al processo di valutazione delle persone con apertura e disponibilità, nel rispetto dei valori aziendaliIncoraggiare e sostenere la collaborazione tra il personale a turno e il Team cross funzionale di reparto, garantendo supporto nelle fasi organizzative e di analisi in lineaGestire l'inserimento di nuove risorse nel repartoRequisti minimi richiesti: Laurea Magistrale ad indirizzo scientifico (Ingegneria, CTF, Chimica, Biologia, ecc..)Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello minimo richiesto B2)Ottime capacità di leadership e problem solvingContinous Improvement mindsetTeam workingRequisiti aggiuntivi/preferenziali: Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo, maturata in contesti aziendali strutturatiSi richiede la disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche notturni.
