**What makes you, makes Zegna**
As CVM Specialist, you will implement and execute tailored CVM campaigns for Europe Retail, focusing on consumer retention and loyalty.
You'll also analyze consumer data to personalize journeys, support CRM strategy, manage IT-related store issues, maintain ROMI tracker, manage database integrity, and provide daily Customer Care support.
**What makes up your day**:
- Drive and execute CVM campaigns and action plans tailored for the Europe Retail business.
- Take an active role in cascading and implementing CVM initiatives across the Europe Market, with a focus on fostering consumer retention and loyalty.
- Monitor and effectively manage CVM tools, including consumer portfolio analysis and segmentation, to facilitate targeted marketing activities.
- Analyze consumer data and behavior to identify opportunities for personalized consumer journeys.
- Support the supervision of the Europe CRM strategy and related activities, working closely with the CRM Manager to achieve strategic goals.
- Assist stores with IT-related issues by managing tickets and providing necessary support.
- Maintain and update the ROMI (Return on Marketing Investment) tracker meticulously.
- Proactively manage recurring merges to uphold database integrity.
- Provide daily support to Customer Care, addressing NPS detractors and online cases, and ensuring timely follow-up with stores

- 2-3 years of experience years of experience in a similar position;
- Strong data analysis skills;
- Fluent English, other languages a plus;
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics;
