Soon we are opening a MEININGER Hotel in the heart of this beautiful city.
After a 10-minutes' ride by bus or train from the hotel, guests can find themselves in the iconic lagoon city to unveil the beauty of Piazza San Marco, the Rialto bridge and many more sights.

**YOUR TASKS**:
- You work closely with the Pre-Opening Team to ensure timely opening of the hotel
- You bring the team on board and create engaging and productive work environment
- You coordinate activities across hotel departments (Front Office, F&B, Maintenance) as well as outsourced services (Housekeeping) to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations
- You initiate and implement activities to drive guest satisfaction
- You maintain and constantly improve quality standards at the hotel
- You are in charge of budgeting and cost control for the hotel
- You work closely with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Revenue, Finance) as well as Regional Director
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- At least 3 years of experience managing a significant size hotel or hostel
- A bachelor or master degree in the tourism business, hotel management or similar field
- Inspirational leadership and have joy in leading a diverse, motivated team
- A solution-driven mentality, showing strong commitment and an entrepreneurial way of thinking
- Profound knowledge of MS Office and front office systems (e.g.
Sihot, Fidelio)
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
Other languages are an advantage
- A passion for travel and hospitality
