ll Progetto comprende 15 Camere & Suite e un Club privato che include il Ristorante con un'ampia terrazza, la Pickering Room e il Living Room, con interni curati dal designer fiorentino Michele Bonan; il Wellness & Fitness Center, una piccola oasi di pace nel cuore della città progettata dallo Studio Apostoli.

Casa Cipriani Milano è alla ricerca di un **Guest Relation Agent Trainee** in grado di rappresentare al meglio l'autentica accoglienza Cipriani, e di elevare al massimo l'esperienza dei nostri ospiti.
**Requisiti**:
- Ottime doti comunicative e di team work
- Professionalità e cortesia
- Laurea o titolo di livello pari o superiore in ambito turistico/hospitality o marketing
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (costituirà titolo preferenziale la conoscenza di una terza lingua)
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Capacità di memorizzare preferenze ed abitudini degli ospiti
- Essere costantemente informati su tendenze e novità del momento in ambito ristorativo, attività, eventi ecc.
- ** Disponibilità a su turnazione anche serale nei weekend**:
- ** Percorso di stage della durata di 6 mesi curriculare/extracurriculare con rimborso spese**
**Responsabilità**:
- Accogliere i nostri ospiti presso la reception ed essere un entusiasta primo punto di contatto
- Supporto al team, nella gestione del processo di accoglienza tramite il CRM
- Cercare di migliorare l'esperienza dei soci con una continua attenzione alle preferenze di questi
- Accogliere le richieste dei soci in modo appropriato per mantenere un alto livello di soddisfazione e qualità, segnalando queste dinamiche al manager di riferimento
- Supporto nella gestione delle prenotazione e inbox reservation per gli outlet F&B
- Essere in grado di dare informazioni riguardo i vari servizi offerti da Casa Cipriani Milano
