ACTIVITIES Crew Recruiter will manage the full cycle recruitment process for clients, from job postings, sourcing prospective candidates till examine all Seafarer's and Offshore experience and checking references to ensure true sea service and performance.
REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in Crew and Maritime Recruiting or similar experiences in Maritime/Offshore industry Knowledge of STCW regulations, Flag state documentations and Immigration procedures Organizational skills, attention to details, problem solving attitude and able to manage multiple tasks.
