Looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join a new design teamWorking with Product Managers, Designers, and EngineersEstablishing product design strategy and ways of working
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Putting users at the center of the design process to solve business problems• Researching and understanding customer needs to create design concepts• Working closely with business and product partners• Participating in workshops and collaboration sessions• Creating user journeys, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes• Communicating design decisions and rationale• Being the voice of the user in product decisions• Collaborating with other UX and UI Designers• Providing guidance to Engineers to ensure user needs are met• Contributing to and evolving the design system
Requirements
• Excellent understanding of UCD• Expertise in user research and design methods• 5+ years of UX experience• Experience working collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers• Expertise with tools such as Figma and Sketch• Very good level of spoken and written English
