Every day we impact the lives of millions by changing the way people see the world.AS A DEMAND PLANNER, YOU WILL:be responsible for the development and maintaining of sales forecast for the new Models/SKUs launched by Luxottica every year, driving the production and the stock distribution all around the world. In partnership with the product teams, through historical data analysis and applying statistical algorithm the planner will refine the forecast as soon as new data are available.Sales budget developmentHistorical sales data analysis to improve forecastSales forecast reviews driven by sales order portfolioCoordination with Local Demand Planning Teams on data and processes validationReporting and Monitoring tools to be developed and maintainedProcess Redesign to gain efficiency and improve the resultsPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou know you are a Luxottican when you recognize yourself in our 4 characteristics (imaginative, passionate, entrepreneurial, simple, and fast) and:You do not see problems, you just see solutionsYou love challenges and you take your responsibility seriouslyYou are a team playerYou are an excellent performer with a proven excellence in academic life, and of course, this is written in your CVYou have an Economics, Statistics, or Management Engineering DegreeYou have at least 6 months of experience in Demand Planning, Sales Forecasting, or Supply Chain Analysis within a complex and fast-paced multinational environment (experience within Fashion and FMCG industries is a plus)You are a quantitative analysis lover, a true Excel and Access addictDid you work or study abroad?
