Currently running two luxury outlet villages in Italy, The Mall Sanremo and The Mall Firenze, the brand keeps developing its business in a multichannel and international perspective.

Our Marketing Team strives to create an ever more exclusive and fascinating beauty experience in our malls.Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager and joining a dynamic and passionate team, the Marketing Intern plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Team.
They will have the opportunity to gain hands on marketing experience by being involved in planning, developing, and executing the seasonal Marketing & Events calendar with the key objective of providing unique shopping experiences to our guests.How you will contribute Assist the Marketing Team with daily tasks such as the mall image, events, activations and adminMonitor and support with 'In Mall Image', successfully cooperating with other departmentsSupport with the organization of marketing events and in-mall marketing activationsSupport the team with managing all marketing materials as well as any merchandisingContribute to the development of TMLO seasonal and exclusive merchandising collection Assist the team with the selection and collaboration of external suppliers and partners Propose new creative ideas for the marketing yearly calendarConduct research and competitors' benchmark Support with presentations and reportsWho you are Currently pursuing a university degree in Luxury Fashion/MarketingStrong interest in Marketing/ Fashion/ Design industriesKnowledge of Retail Marketing, Events and/or Merchandising is a plusFluent in Italian and EnglishCreative, innovative, organized and with a genuine sense of luxury A team player with a desire to be part of a strong group with a common goal Familiar with Excel and PowerPointWhy work with us?
