Grazie alla nostra comprovata esperienza in diversi industry affrontiamo sfide complesse, fornendo soluzioni innovative, best practice e benchmark settoriali che coprono l'intero ciclo aziendale della Supply Chain. #WinningRequirements Laurea magistrale in materie business o STEM Esperienza di 3-6 anni in società di consulenza in area Logistics & Distribution Conoscenza di processi e sistemi di warehousing, transportation e order management (con preferenza per esperienza diretta su progetti di implementazione di TMS / WMS) Conoscenza di modelli operativi in ambito logistico, network design e logiche di outsourcing Conoscenza dei concetti di Control Tower Disponibilità ad operare in trasferta anche internazionale Esperienza nella gestione di risorse junior e di stream progettuali in ambito Logistics & Distribution (preferibilmente con interazione diretta con il cliente)· Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese#YourRoleIn quanto Consultant/Senior Consultant avrai la possibilità di condividere la tua esperienza e le tue conoscenze con i colleghi più giovani, iniziando a sviluppare capacità di leadership, e individuando la migliore soluzione per il cliente, occupandoti in: Supportare il team nella interpretazione dei bisogni del cliente e nella definizione delle metodologie e negli approcci più adatti per la loro ottimale soddisfazione Individuare, selezionare ed eventualmente customizzare gli strumenti più utili per la raccolta ed analisi di dati e l'elaborazione di soluzioni a supporto degli obiettivi del cliente; Produrre analisi solide e corredate da dati fattuali in modo autonomo, utilizzando strumenti e risorse messe a disposizione e coordinando persone più Junior, se necessario; Comunicare in modo chiaro, strutturato, breve ed incisivo le proprie idee e proposte adattando il registro comunicativo a seconda dell'audience (e.g. C-level executives, fornitori IT, referenti del cliente e risorse del team di progetto).
