del lavoro Siamo alla ricerca di un/una  Process Engineer Leader che entrerà a far parte del nostro team di Energy/O&G e supporterà un importante Cliente.
Il Process Engineer Leader è responsabile della gestione delle attività di processo in un progetto esecutivo (EPC o Task Force).
Si occupa di coordinare, sviluppare e verificare l'ingegneria di processo, rispettando i requisiti, integrando le altre discipline e supportando il Project Management, Procurement e il team di Construction.
Se assegnato a progetti esecutivi non EPC, il PSL fornisce anche tutoring e formazione ai colleghi più giovani.
Responsabilità: Definire le modalità di sviluppo dell'ingegneria di processo (pianificazione, risorse, strumenti).
Verificare la documentazione contrattuale e segnalare eventuali anomalie al Project Engineering Manager (PEM).
Gestire lo sviluppo dell'ingegneria di processo, rispettando tempi e budget.
Partecipare alle attività di coordinamento, monitorando lo stato di avanzamento e le variazioni del progetto.
Monitorare le ore allocate al progetto e segnalare eventuali scostamenti dal budget e dalla pianificazione.
Coordinare le risorse di disciplina, inclusi eventuali sub-contractors.
Applicare metodologie e strumenti di calcolo, simulazione, modellazione e gestione dei dati di processo.
Redigere documenti di disciplina (H&MB, PFD, P&ID) in modo completo e corretto, rispettando le tempistiche.
Supportare le altre discipline nel lavoro multidisciplinare (Data Sheet, TBE Vendors, Liste, Review Multidisciplinari).
Collaborare con Project Management, Procurement e Construction per supportare il progetto.
Qualifiche Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica / Energetica o Chimica Industriale (o Diploma Tecnico o formazione equivalente); Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 3 anni (oppure come Process Specialist da 10 anni), maturata all'interno di Società di Engineering & Contracting operanti nel settore Oil&Gas ( Offshore – Up Stream è un plus ); Conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiano (Livello Europeo B2-C1); Conoscenza degli applicativi informatici di base ( Microsoft Office ); Ottima conoscenza e padronanza di software di simulazione ( Hysys, ProII, ProMax, etc..).
