**Job Description**
As a LAND MANAGER (W/M) - Italy, you will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating potential sites for greenfield solar PV projects. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough site assessments, cadastral evaluations, and reviewing permitting requirements to ensure project feasibility.
You will also be responsible for negotiating land acquisition agreements, surface right agreements, and other legal contracts with landowners and stakeholders. Additionally, you will work closely with development, legal, and technical teams to ensure seamless land acquisition and project advancement.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for greenfield solar PV projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct thorough site assessments, cadastral evaluations, and review permitting requirements to ensure project feasibility.
- Negotiate land acquisition agreements, surface right agreements, and other legal contracts with landowners and stakeholders.
- Work closely with development, legal, and technical teams to ensure seamless land acquisition and project advancement.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with landowners, agents, brokers, local authorities, and key stakeholders to facilitate ongoing project success.
