È richiesta la disponibilità a sporadiche presenze in sede e occasionali trasferte in Europa.
Di cosa ti occuperai?
Prenderai parte ad un importante progetto internazionale e ti occuperai di: Gestire il backlog del prodotto "Vehicle & Logistics" e del program "Fast Track Irritants & Backlog Reduction" assegnati Ordinare gli item del backlog (Epic / Stories) in base alla prioritizzazione ricevuta da parte del business.
Mantenere il backlog aggiornato, con l'aiuto del business, facendo periodicamente pulizia degli item obsoleti e non più attuali.
Supportare il team di sviluppo per deliverare il massimo valore possibile per il prodotto Partecipare a tutti gli Scrum events (Daily stand-up, Backlog review / refinement, sprint planning / review / retro) monitorando l'esecuzione dei task in modo orientato al risultato Decidere la priorità degli item da inserire nei vari sprint (story, task, bug).
Collaborare con il Scrum Master per trovare soluzioni nel migliorare sempre la produttività del team Comunicare con il business Pianificare le attività per ciascun quarter in base al budget, capacity, dependency con altri team e readiness dei requisiti.
Creare e monitorare KPI per ciascun quarter Monitorare giornalmente tutte le fasi (design, implementazione, test, delivery) Hai queste competenze?
Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese per interazioni internazionali.
Ottima conoscenza della suite Atlassian (esattamente il tool Jira che viene usato in tutte le fasi durante la collaborazione con il business e IT).
Conoscenza della metodologia Agile, esattamente i framework Scrum e Kanban Nice to have… Esperienza pregressa in sviluppo software Cosa offriamo?
