As a UX Design Manager, you will lead UX activities and teams on complex programs, applying design leadership to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into world-class user experiences for leading companies.
You possess expertise in ethnographic/design research and usability testing, an understanding of UI and technology challenges and opportunities as well as sensitivity to UX topics to craft and lead holistic solutions with experts. You have a solid Interaction Design background, an understanding of Service Design and can manage and guide clients across complex product development processes.
As UX Design Manager you have a keen eye on business opportunities helping clients define, create and track experience related KPIs that validate the release of excellent products and services.

Your Impact & Responsibilities Lead and mentor product design teams, providing guidance on best practices, design processes, and project management.Manage and maintain atomic design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional, design driven business solutionsWork with stakeholders to translate business requirements into UX specificationsBeing able to provide guidance and support in RFPs and RFIsLead the end to end design while effectively communicating design ideas, concepts and validate final designs.Build relationship with clients to not to deliver targeted solutions but also to further expand the scope of workLead and oversight the production of requirements, guidelines and design outputs.Plan, monitor and analyze KPIs to inform design decisions and iterate on designs as necessary.Be responsible for the final UX quality.QualificationsHave minimum of 8 years of experience in UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.A strong portfolio showcasing both exceptional design skills (including user research and visual design) as well as experience in working in different sectors with multi-national corporations.Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders.Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.Experience on Digital Transformation ProgramsExperience inUX Stakeholders ManagementAn expert knowledge of design tools like Figma and tokenized atomic design systemsExperience conducting user research and usability testing.A growth mindset for both internal projects as well as client development.A passion for continuous learning and professional development.Experience working in consultancy.Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Italian and English professional fluencyAvailablefull-timeAdditional InformationAs part of our dedication to an inclusive and diverse workforce, Publicis Sapient is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity without regard for race, color, national origin, ethnicity, gender, protected veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or religion.
