Our Focus is on the automotive industry, particularly electric vehicle manufacturing, EV battery software, connected mobility, fleet management, and analytics. Although we are currently focusing on the Automotive sector, Electra's technology can be deployed in the Aerospace, Robotics, Grid, and other industries that are rapidly transitioning into clean energy.

**Position Overview**
Electra Vehicles is seeking an innovative and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts in accelerating the world towards electrification As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. If you are a visionary marketing leader with a proven track record of driving results, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop Electra Vehicles' product position and messaging.
- Oversee the planning and execution of public relations and multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, and content marketing.
- Define and execute marketing strategies that will enable new sales.
- Analyze global market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing in the technology or mobility sector.
- Proven success in developing and executing impactful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
**Nice to haves**:
- Experience in AI/ML and embedded software solutions.
- Experience working with CRM (we use HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Previous experience working with top-tier investors.
- Global marketing experience.
