Adecco Italia S.p.a ricerca un SUPPORT ENGINEER in ambito elettrico per diretto inserimento presso innovativa realtà nel settore della biorobotica con sede a Pisa.
La risorsa, inserita all'interno del dipartimento di Operations, ricoprirà il ruolo di ELECTRICAL SUSTAINING ASSOCIATE, riportando al Sustaining Electrical Engineer Platform, avrà le seguenti responsabilità: • Collaborare con il QA per gestire Product Quality Issues e Complaints, eseguendo indagini, analisi delle cause principali dei guasti e proponendo soluzioni correttive;• Sviluppare protocolli di test e le relative attrezzature per misurare l'affidabilità delle parti MFG, EOL ed eseguire campagne di indagine sulla qualità;• Aggiornare i prodotti MFG per migliorare la qualità e l'affidabilità delle parti modificando disegni, specifiche o selezionando diversi fornitori o metodi di produzione;• Progettare e sviluppare strumenti di produzione inclusa la documentazione per ottimizzare il processo di assemblaggio o produzione;• Sviluppare mitigazioni per i rischi identificati in dFMEA e pFMEA.• Collaborare con i colleghi nell'analisi dei problemi utilizzando metodi strutturati di Problem Solving (A3 DMAIC);• Lavorare con l'area di Operations Quality sugli Ordini di Cambio di Produzione per mantenere aggiornati gli articoli e i documenti sul PLM aziendale (preferibilmente Arena); • Interfacciarsi con i fornitori di componenti e attrezzature utilizzati nella produzione;• Capacità di condurre audit presso fornitori esterni.Requisiti richiesti:• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica o Elettronica.• Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili.• Capacità di creare e rivedere Schemi Elettrici ed Disegni Elettrici.• Esperienza nella progettazione di schede elettroniche e cavi, selezione dei connettori, affidabilità e misure elettriche.• Esperienza nello sviluppo pratico e nella risoluzione dei problemi su target embedded.• Esperienza con ELE CAD SW (preferibilmente ALTIUM)• Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese (C1)• Capacità di scrivere e rivedere documentazione tecnica e di produzione.• Conoscenza nello sviluppo software in un ambiente LabVIEW sarebbe altamente apprezzata.• La conoscenza del Medical Quality System sarà considerata un plus.Sede: Pisa Lingue conosciute:Inglese: Comprensione OttimoDisponibilità oraria: Full Time #J-18808-Ljbffr
