Entry Level Content Moderator in Malta for German SpeakersReview, monitor, and moderate user-generated content in German to ensure it adheres to community standards and legal requirements.Identify and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or fraudulent content to relevant teams.Keep up-to-date with content policies and guidelines to ensure accurate moderation.Assist in maintaining the safety and quality of the platform by consistently applying moderation policies.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve content-related issues and improve overall moderation processes.Provide feedback and contribute to policy updates as needed.Qualifications:Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level).Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).Excellent attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive or challenging content with professionalism.Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is a plus but not required (training will be provided).Familiarity with social media platforms or online communities is a bonus.What We Offer:Hybrid working model, offering a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration.Opportunities for career growth and skill development.A diverse and inclusive work environment.Health insurance and other employee benefits.Modern office located in a central area of Malta.
