**Che cosa dovrà fare il Data Analyst durante il percorso?
**
La figura ricercata dovrà monitorare l'andamento del sito dell'azienda e delle pagine social corrispettive, attraverso Google Analytics e i dati Insights delle pagine di Facebook e Instagram.
Inoltre attraverso la nostra formazione potrà stilare report e imparare ad analizzare con un occhio critico e costruttivo i dati forniti dalle varie piattaforme di lavoro.

**_ Arrivare a **gestire in piena autonomia i dati** forniti e migliorare le conversioni dei siti web apportando un supporto e un miglioramento alla nostra realtà.

**Come verrà organizzato il lavoro?

Dopo l'inserimento e la conoscenza della realtà di Oj eventi, verranno prefissati degli obiettivi, insieme ad un tutor e al team, che cambieranno con il tempo e le necessità aziendali (quali stagionalità).
Analizzando l'andamento del sito (con dei tools di analisi specifici) e della comunicazione tramite social network, insieme al reparto di comunicazione, si creeranno poi delle strategie finalizzate alla vendita dei prodotti.
Il lavoro, una volta presa la mano, è abbastanza autonomo e si svolge per compiti ed obiettivi, per questo si richiede la massima partecipazione per le riunioni settimanali.
E' un lavoro ideale per chi vuole entrare nel mondo del turismo, da poter fare full time o part time.

1 Tutor che ti affiancherà durante il percorso formativo iniziale e che monitorerà il lavoro svolto durante il periodo stabilito;
- Un Percorso di tre mesi da remoto ;
- Un ambiente nel quale crescere attraverso il confronto diretto.Conclusa l'esperienza, nel caso in cui entriate a far parte del Team per uno stage universitario, il responsabile provvederà a dare all'istituto di provenienza un feedback sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.
Percorso da svolgere a part time, ideale per chi vuole entrare nel mondo del lavoro e del marketing turistico.
Sono Richieste minime 4 ore al giorno.
