Talent Solutions, società del gruppo Manpower che integra soluzioni strategiche per la gestione del talento durante tutto il ciclo della vita professionale, nell'ottica di un potenziamento di una delle più prestigiose realtà di respiro internazionale del settore metalmeccanico, presente su tutto il territorio italiano con diversi stabilimenti produttivi, è alla ricerca di un* Field Service Engineer Il field service engineer si occupa di coordinare e progettare la gestione dei lavori fornendo servizi tecnici ad ampio spettro e supportando le operazioni tecnologiche dei clienti finali. Inoltre, si occupa di creare, installare e riparare le attrezzature tecnologiche in loco presso la sede del cliente. Tra i suoi compiti c'è anche quello di formare i clienti sull'uso di specifici tipi di hardware e quello di lavorare con i clienti per risolvere i loro problemi. Responsabilità: Supporto alle analisi dei problemi di servizio Raccogliere note, richieste e osservazioni in merito a chiarimenti rilevanti al loro sistema di competenza Preparare e inviare le richieste Richieste di informazioni sul sistema di avanzamento, accertandosi del corretto livello di priorità Redigere e rivedere le istruzioni speciali relative al proprio sistema di competenza Creare manuali da distribuire a tutti i dipendenti con informazioni generali Fornire assistenza e supporto Requisiti: Forte conoscenza del sistema di armamenti Forti skills sulla risoluzione dei problemi generali del sistema Esperienza nell'utilizzo del set di test Buona conoscenza della documentazione e del diario di bordo Buona conoscenza ed esperienza delle procedure di volo
