Studio Signoretti in collaboration an international Group with HQ based in Treviso area, with a brand leader in sport apparel, to enhance the logistics team we are searching for a highly motivated and proactive team member as: SUPPLY PLANNER Responsible for Inventory management with the focus to re-supply from multiple supply points.
Interacts closely with the Procurement dept to obtain materials for sales.
Ensures Inventory levels are adequate to meet demand while also managing Inventory turns at an appropriate rate.
Supply Planning: Ensure availability of finished/traded goods according to rolling forecast and order situation; Rebalance inventories between satellites or different HUBs inside the region; Ensure that Material Replenishment Planning (MRP) runs without errors, that Planning or Purchasing of realistic volumes and with realistic lead times is done; Track inventory level in terms of value & quantity; Provide input about capacity situation and potential issues Implement action plan for low turning products, for slow movers and for blocked stocks; Proactively communicate with Sales, Customer Service, Procurement and Product Managers about upcoming shortages and propose alternatives from the production schedule; Responsible for Master Data Maintenance for materials (MRP Views); Align Lead times and lot size with Procurement responsible; Update safety stocks, campaign size and lead times.
Network and Costs optimization: Keep materials/finished products under control without generating slow and non-movers; Constantly monitor materials to immediately react on demand changes to avoid replenishment by air freight.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Planning/Scheduling in Industry or Logistics environment; 2-3 year's of planning/scheduling experience SAP/MRP (desired); APO; Strong Microsoft competence; Strong Analytical skills, Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks; out of box approach; Fluent in written and spoken English.
