In 2023, the Group generated revenues of €5.8 billion.With approximately 1,200 employees and a 2023 revenue of €97.8 million, Sopra Steria operates in the Italian market through its offices in Assago (MI), Rome, Collecchio (PR), Padua, Ariano Irpino (AV), and Pozzuoli (NA).SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTOur Supply Chain Consulting team is seeking Supply Chain Planning Consultants/Managers to develop and grow our presence in the market.Role's ResponsibilitiesWork directly with customers and understand their business requirementsFind solutions to customers' planning pain pointsPersuade customers and managers why alternative approaches may be neededDecide which methods and procedures to use when completing projectsWork within the project/program team and be the leader of the assigned project streamEnsure that projects support customers in meeting their important goalsSolve key business challenges by enabling end-to-end Supply Chain transformationOversee the design and implementation of Integrated Business Planning solutionsManage business development opportunities to bring innovative solutions to customersBuild and apply technical, industry, organization, and functional knowledge to support selling opportunitiesDevelop, utilize, and share deep skills as a Consulting practitioner to ensure market and client relevanceChallenge old ways of doing thingsServe as the chief planner/architect for delivery initiativesExperience RequiredMinimum of a Bachelor's Degree and business acumen4-8 years of experience in delivering transformation and innovation advisory solutionsAt least 2 years of experience in one of the following areas:Integrated Business PlanningDigital Supply ChainData-driven Supply ChainSupply Chain Technology Cloud AdvisorySupply Chain StrategyIntegrated Business Planning Transformation ManagementClear understanding of Planning processes across the end-to-end supply chainAnalytical and quantitative capabilitiesAbility to quickly pick up and apply complex technical skillsKnowledge of probabilistic vs deterministic methods and when to use eachStrong communication and presentation skillsAdditional SkillsExperience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP / SOP), Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Control Tower, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain SustainabilityExperience with popular supply chain planning tools (IBP, TMS, WMS)Experience in supporting the Presales processKnowledge or Certification in Project ManagementAbility to work under pressureKnowledge of other languagesOUR OFFER:We offer you the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, on national and international projects, allowing you to continuously expand your knowledge and develop your skills.If you want to give your career a boost and join a leading IT services company in Europe, send us your CVThe place of work is Pozzuoli (NA) with the opportunity to join the smart-working agreement according to our company policy.
