Stiamo cercando due Shift Leader per i nostri negozi di Bari.
Come Shift Leader avrai un ruolo cruciale sia nell'operatività del negozio che nell'organizzazione delle procedure e delle attività dello Staff: con la tua esperienza sarai il legame fondamentale che unisce le figure manageriali alla squadra di Sales Assistant.
Guiderai questi ultimi nell'operatività del piano vendita e del magazzino, formandoli e diventando per loro un riferimento per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati e supporterai lo Store Manager in ogni attività.
SHIFT LEADER SINSAY: Sei il/la responsabile del negozio e della gestione dello Staff in assenza dello/a Store Manager; Sei responsabile dell'assetto, ordine e rifornimento della merce sul piano vendita e in magazzino secondo gli standard del brand e le procedure di gestione della merce; Supporti lo/a Store Manager nel definire la struttura dello Staff in base alle linee guida del Regional Sales Manager e di HQ; Assumi il ruolo di mentore per lo Staff garantendo un servizio efficace e professionale per i clienti; Sei responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali, apportando un'analisi di vendite e assicurando un livello adeguato di produttività dello Staff; Assicuri l'onboarding dei nuovi dipendenti secondo i programmi Start Up 2.0 e Start Up Management 3.0; Ti impegni a migliorare efficacemente i risultati di vendita e-commerce e in store utilizzando gli strumenti di lavoro garantiti dall'azienda; Verifichi la correttezza dei prezzi merceologici e degli sconti promozionali; Supervisioni e partecipi al processo di consegna della merce seguendo le procedure del brand; Verifichi gli ammanchi di magazzino, aggiorni il flusso delle scorte ed in caso di irregolarità informi preventivamente lo/a Store Manager; Supervisioni il flusso di denaro contante e di altre forme di pagamento nel negozio, lavorando nel rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza; Supervisioni la corretta gestione dei documenti contabili nel negozio; Supporti lo/a Store Manager ad applicare gli standard del brand e curi l'immagine dell'azienda; Svolgi altri compiti assegnati dal datore di lavoro e/o dal Regional Sales Manager di area.
SEI PERFETTO PER NOI?
Hai diversi anni (5+) di esperienza professionale, preferibilmente nel settore fashion retail, oltre a conoscenza ed esperienza comprovata delle procedure di coordinamento delle risorse; Hai una buona conoscenza dell'inglese che ti permetterà di comunicare con i nostri team internazionali; Hai una conoscenza di base del funzionamento dei KPI Retail e buone capacità analitiche; Conosci i principali applicativi informatici (MS Office Suite) e gli strumenti di reportistica e pianificazione; Hai un carattere inclusivo, positivo, creativo e sei aperto a nuove esperienze; Sei in grado di stare in piedi per lunghi periodi di tempo, trasportare oggetti (manichini, vestiti, ecc.)
per brevi distanze e ripetere movimenti come da procedure HS.
