**Your Role**
The Product Owner is the figure, in the company, responsible for the strategy of one or more company products, for production management in manufacturing environments (MES/MOM systems).
In particular, he/she is responsible for stimulating, understanding and analyzing customer requirements, whether present or potential, and translating them into product strategy.
The activities that are collected or emerge from these analyses will form the Product Backlog, and will be prioritized by the Product Owner in order to maximize the value generated by the product itself.
In detail:
- He/she creates and adapts the product vision and roadmap, in collaboration with the organization and stakeholders.
In a multi-product context
- He/she collects and sorts stakeholder requirements in the Product Backlog
- He/she makes the Product Backlog visible to stakeholders and the organisation as a whole
- He/she co-operates with developers so that they are clear about the activities to be performed
- He/she facilitates, if necessary, communication between developers and stakeholders
- He/she acts as an ambassador of the product internally and externally to the organisation, collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team, also interfacing directly with the customer where appropriate
- He/she participates in Scrum events, creating a collaborative environment between stakeholders and the Scrum Team
- He/she manages the product budget in coordination with the PPM department and stakeholders
- He/she is responsible for updating the business case together with the Sales team
**Your profile**
- Experience and knowledge of MES/MOM systems and their market
- Experience in product development in an Agile environment (preferably Scrum), alternatively knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Excellent interpersonal skills both internally and externally
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel abroad (foreseeable 1 month per year, divided into short assignments)
