JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of this job is to assist the wider bar team with preparation and upkeep of all glassware, utensils and bar areas, while consistently delivering friendly and efficient service.
MAIN DUTIES: Assist with stock deliveries and transfer stock between departments as needed.
Restock liquor, beer, and essentials, maintaining an efficient bar service.
Keep the bar area clean and organized, following health and safety standards.
Refill ice bins and ensure a steady flow of clean glassware during peak hours.
Support the bar team with the dispensing of drinks and anticipate their needs.
