Whitin the Businees Line Energy Carriers, We are looking to hire a skilled Commissioning Engineer to support Estimation Department during BID phase .
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

should have experience in tendering phase (drafting of technical annexes / economical offer development), follow-up of continuous improvement projects oriented towards commissioning, startup and interim operation.
ACTIVITIES:

As a Commissioning Engineer, will be required to:

Support the Proposal Manager in reviewing the project technical documentation in respect to the contractual requirements;
Support the Proposal manager in the development of technical annexes and cost estimation;
Assist Tendering department during the development of OPEX estimate;
Address safety aspects in all procedures and documents;
Prepare the commissioning execution plan;
Perform Market investigation for all commissioning special services;
Liaise with project design team, engineering service providers and vendors;
Support the Head of Department in liaising with client representatives. To ensure success as Commissioning Engineer, he/dhe should have extensive knowledge of industrial equipment, the ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate high-level problem-solving skills.
QUALIFICATION:

degree or certificate
LABOUR RELATIONSHIP:

Permanent Contract
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years in the Oil & Gas sector is an added value
IT SKILLS:

Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Data Base
KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE therefore we require fluent English both oral and written.
