Main Activities: Managing accounts portfolio Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion Communicates client needs and demands to employer company Forecasts and tracks client account metrics Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals Required Skills: Degree Fluent English and French Previous experience in airways companies Ottima opportunità di carriera.
