Joom Marketplace is a platform for shopping from all over the world. Joom Marketplace helps consumers to make shopping easy and entertaining and provides access to high-quality goods from around the world.
Joom Marketplace is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international group of e-commerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes the following businesses: Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; JoomPro, a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil and Portugal.
We are currently looking for a Category Manager to develop a Fashion category for Joom Marketplace. The main goal is to help our senior managers improve the user experience while shopping in the categories and find the best sales growth strategies.
**Responsibilities**
- Participation in the development of assortments: subcategories and price segments
- Analysis of sales data and user actions within a category, searching for bottlenecks and insights
- Collaboration with the marketing team to launch promo campaigns within categories
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in FMCG, retail, or eCommerce
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Excel
- Data-driven mindset
**Preferred**
- Experience with the cross-border market
