Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Key Account Executive to join our team in Italy.
You will be responsible for expanding market penetration for the Pulp & Paper industry in Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Location: Home-based in Veneto (Verona, Padova, Vicenza, Rovigo)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
What You'll Be DoingDeveloping business development strategies and creating development plans for relevant area to reach required business objectives and revenue.Working closely with extended commercial team (i.e.
Corporate Accounts, Regional Marketing, Pricing, and Applications) to understand business requirements and market needs.Selling new business and new applications in the region.
Developing and implementing sales plans on new opportunities including documenting ROI and value delivery.Establishing, maintaining and prioritizing an accurate and current sales funnel.
Managing profitability of the account.
Reviewing territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements.Achieving customer satisfaction resulting in optimal retention of existing business and growth of new business.Maintaining and developing customer relations with new and existing customers.What You'll BringBackground in Chemistry, Biology or similar field, or equivalent experience (preferably in paper production).Experience in the process industry (metals, pulp and paper, mining preferred but not mandatory).Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.Customer focus – Ability to fulfil customer needs and expectations.
Must be professional and confident with internal and external customers.Delivering Results – Deliver against strategic business KPI's.
