Stiamo cercando una figura di Maintenance Engineer che entrerà a far parte del team dedicato al miglioramento continuo per il nostro sito di Cisterna di Latina.

Activities:

Siamo alla ricerca di un Maintenance Engineer innovativo e motivato per unirsi al nostro team in fase di crescita e sviluppo. Questa figura svolgerà un ruolo chiave nel nostro nuovo stabilimento, contribuendo attivamente all'ottimizzazione dei processi.

SUPPORTO RAGGIUNGIMENTO TARGET KPI PRODUZIONE (OEE, MTBF, MTTR): analisi dei dati, problem solving, azioni correttive/preventive, tempi e metodi, gestione fornitori.

GESTIONE PROGETTI MIGLIORAMENTO CONTINUO: change control, lean managment tools (smed, vsm, pareto, ishikawa, 5whys, 5S, ecc) applicati all'analisi guasto, gestione del budget (RDI, RDA), project managment (gantt, gestione risorse), gestione fornitore.

SUPPORTO TECNICO VS TUTTE LE FUNZIONI: Validation, AQ, CQ, SC, R&D, UT, TAM, LOGISTICA, MANUTENZIONE, SQM, PURCHASE, ADMINISTRATION.

GESTIONE MANUTENZIONE: ottimizzazione politiche di manutenzione (guasto, preventiva, predittiva); ottimizzazione costi della manutenzione; gestione e ottimizzazione spare parts.

Qualifications

Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica.

Esperienza minima in contesti strutturati, idealmente in ambito produttivo o industriale.

Forte capacità di analisi e problem solving.

Autocad, Excel e Power BI lettura disegno tecnico, comprensione disegno meccanico e schema elettrico.

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
